Police Arrest Livingston County Man on Child Sex Charges

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Michigan State Police have arrested a Livingston County man on multiple child sex charges.

Police arrested Dillon Foss, 24, of Gregory, on charges of possession of aggravated child sexual abuse material and dissemination of aggravated child sexual abuse material.

According to police, Foss’ arrest was the result of a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and created by the MSP Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

According to police, “digital evidence” was found during a search of Foss’s home.

This led to Foss being charged with:

  • Three counts of aggravated child sexual abuse (distribution or promotion)
  • Three charges of possession of serious child abuse material
  • Three counts of using a computer to commit a crime, punishable by 10-20 years

Police have not released any further information about the suspects at this time.
