Dr. Umar Talks About Diddy • Hollywood Unlocked

Dr. Umar Johnson shared his thoughts on social media regarding the federal charges against Diddy which has led to mixed feelings among people on social media.

In the video, Dr. Umar addressed Diddy’s legal troubles and stressed that the allegations have nothing to do with domestic violence, child exploitation or any of the outrageous rumors that have been circulating. “What they’re federally charging him with is transporting women across state lines for the purpose of sex — essentially prostitution,” Dr. Umar said. “This isn’t about Cassie, underage girls or any of these so-called freak-offs. This is about sex trafficking.”

Dr. Umar stated unequivocally that he does not condone prostitution, but that he is concerned that the media is distracting from the real charges. “I am not advocating for men to pay for the sugar box. I am not advocating for black women to sexually exploit themselves to pay their bills. But let’s be clear: prostitution is the oldest female profession in the world.”

He further emphasized that the charges against Diddy are considerably more serious than what is being emphasized in the news. “The charge is interstate sex trafficking. That is the issue that we should be discussing,” he noted.

Dr. Umar expressed his frustration at the lack of solid evidence. “I have not seen or heard any concrete evidence against Sean Puffy Combs,” he claimed.

“I don’t have it in the New York TimesI didn’t see it on CNN and I didn’t see it in the Philadelphia researcher. Where is the proof then?”

The social commentator also criticized the media for re-examining Cassie’s previous allegations, noting that they have nothing to do with the federal charges now pending. “I keep hearing about Cassie, but what does she have to do with these allegations?” he asked. “Why are we hearing about baby oil? Is possession of baby oil now a federal crime?”
