Leading actor speaks out about popular names joining WWE?

Raw star Xavier Woods appears to have alluded to rumors of new WWE players, fueling speculation with a cryptic message.

With some recent discord within New Day, there has been much speculation about Woods’ next move following a possible split with Kofi Kingston.

Woods has now responded on Twitter to a rumor that he will soon see some “old friends.”

Xavier Woods sent a message to these former acquaintances:

The streets say I might see some old friends soon. Just so you know, I’m not a kid anymore.

Woods has not confirmed who he was referring to, but there is much speculation that Woods’ message was directed at Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley of Motor City Machine Guns.

As previously reported on September 13, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin have officially signed with WWE.

This tag team will reportedly make their debut in WWE NXT, with PWNexus reporting that the pair will be promoted as the “face” of the brand’s tag team division.

Xavier Woods knows Sabin and Shelley as friends and foes. Woods previously worked with the duo in TNA Wrestling.

These three stars were part of the Front Line faction that opposed the Main Event Mafia.
