HOLLY RIDGE, NC (WWAY) — A Holly Ridge man has been arrested on charges of sexual exploitation of minors. According to the Holly Ridge Police Department, police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
