The lore came up during the latest episode of their podcast, New heightswhen a listener during the “No Dumb Questions” segment asked the two to reveal their “guilty pleasures (sic) shows,” aka, “something you’re a little embarrassed to admit.”

The two initially claimed they were not ashamed of their choices. “I’m not ashamed, I don’t watch anything,” Jason initially joked, while Travis said, “I don’t care, you can’t judge me, dude. It is what it is.”

“Okay? I like what I like,” Jason replied.

But then Travis dug up an old favorite he kept to himself as a youngster, saying, “I used to not tell anyone I watched movies. Gossip girl growing up.”

“You have looked Gossip girl?” Jason asked, bewildered. “You should be ashamed of yourself.”

“Dude, it’s so good,” Travis defended. “Dude, if you watch it, you can dive deep into it.”

“Oh, okay, cool,” Jason changed his tone.

“It’s awesome,” Travis continued, praising the teen drama. “It’s like a New York high school show with a lot of drama, and basically everyone’s gossiping and talking s–t about each other.”

He used that as an opportunity to move on to his current television obsession, The Traitorswhich Jason also watches “on the advice of (Travis).”

If you’re not familiar with it, it’s based on a children’s game also called Mafia, where a select few people from a group are chosen as either the “bad guys” or the “traitors.” The traitors work together to remove another member of the group, and the rest of the group must try to figure out who the traitors are in each round of the game.

Travis threw their names in the ring for a future season, noting that Jason “would do a great job Traitors“—although Jason felt he wasn’t “smart enough” for the role—we hope the producers New heights listeners, because we definitely want to listen to that!
