Palak Sindhwani makes serious accusations against the makers; says ‘This is exploitation’

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is in the news. The comedy TV show is the longest running series and has a large fan base. However, the show has gone through many controversies. We have seen Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal aka Ms Roshan Sodhi accusing the makers of sexual harassment. She also revealed that they did not pay her the money. Post reports that Priya Ahuja Rajda also left the show and accused the makers of disrespectful behavior. Monika Bhadoriya also supported Jennifer and Priya. We also saw Shailesh Lodha and Neha Mehta leaving the show. Shailesh also accused the makers of not giving him his payments. The lawsuit also continued between them. Now there is another controversy surrounding the show.

TMKOC producers will take legal action against Palak

Neela Film Productions shared an official statement about Palak Sindhwani aka Sonu. They have served a formal legal notice through Anand and Naik Palak Sindhwani for breach of contract. The notice outlines violations of several key provisions in her exclusive artist agreement, which have caused significant harm to the character, the show and the production company.

It says Palak did not obtain the necessary written consent, as required by her contract, before taking unauthorized third-party approvals. She continued this despite multiple verbal and written warnings. They revealed that in response to the legal notice, Palak responded with the intention of quitting Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

Now the production house wants to take this seriously and demand compensation for the damage they and the show have suffered. Palak has now responded to the entire matter. She spoke to Bombay Times and denied these allegations by the makers. This is a big story Entertainment News.

She said that she informed production on August 8 of her decision to leave the show and that they told her that they needed some time and that they would send her an email for her to reply with her resignation letter, but that never happened.

She said they had delayed accepting her resignation and she saw articles in the media that she had breached the contract. She said she signed their contract five years ago and they didn’t even give her a copy of it. She received that copy on September 19, 2024.

She went on to say that they agreed to let her start brand endorsements on social media, but then said nothing. But now, when she announced her departure, the makers took up this plan of action. Palak has also sought legal advice and will do what is best for her career.

She revealed that she wanted to leave the show due to her health reasons and professional growth. She said this is exploitation and that she did not expect this from them after working with them for five years. Palak added that the team is making her exit difficult just because she wants to quit the show.
