Harrisburg men made 15-year-old use drugs and recorded sexual abuse of her: police

Harrisburg police are trying to find a man they accused of giving drugs to a 15-year-old girl before raping her in July, they said in a recent news release.

Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Alonzo Lindsay, 33, of Harrisburg on charges of rape, unlawful contact with minors, corruption of minors and more in connection with the July 2-July 3 incident. He remains on the run.

Officers arrested a co-defendant, Franklin Fisher, on felony charges related to sexual abuse of minors and charged him with participating in the same incident. Fisher is in the Dauphin County Jail with bail set at $100,000.

An affidavit of probable cause written by police gave this account:

Fisher encountered the 15-year-old girl around 10 p.m. on July 2, who was walking near 19th and Derry Streets toward the Market Street Bridge to go to a friend’s house, police said. Fisher offered her a ride, but first offered to let her hang out at his home before giving her the ride, police said.

Once home, Fisher had the 15-year-old perform sex acts with an unknown man to pay for marijuana, police said.

Fisher then told the 15-year-old to smoke crack and snort cocaine before he took her to his room and began sexually assaulting her, police said. He took photos of the abuse and sent them to another minor asking him to join in, police said.

Fisher then introduced the teen to Lindsay, who raped her, according to police. Lindsay “told her that if she tried to get up, he would hit her,” and when she did, he followed through on the threat, police said.

The teen told police that Fisher and Lindsay made her smoke and snort crack and cocaine while they had a “(expletive) session” in which they alternated between crack and cocaine over and over again, police said.

Fisher eventually shared his location with the second minor, who arrived with her mother, according to police. The second minor and her mother took the 15-year-old back to their home in New Cumberland before the girl was transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, police said.
