UK: Transgender pedophile pleads guilty after contacting a 9-year-old for sexual abuse

A trans-identified man in Chester, UK, has pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order by contacting a child believed to be just 9 years old for the purpose of sexual abuse.

Chloee-Mae Danvers, 25, appeared at Chester Crown Court on August 13 and pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order after attempting to contact a child under 18. According to court documents, Danvers specifically engaged in sexually explicit communication with a 9-year-old. He further failed to comply with the order by using aliases on websites without registering the usernames with police, and by deleting internet browsing history.

Danvers’ crime occurred when he was already convicted of a separate child abuse offense of possessing a category A indecent image of a child, together with making two category B images. According to the Crown Prosecution Service, category A- child pornography is defined as depicting “penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity with an animal, or sadism.”

Danvers’ sentencing, which Recorder Eric Lamb said would inevitably be “substantial,” was scheduled for September 25, but Reduxx has heard, has been postponed until October 11.

Prior to his convictions, Danvers, a man who identifies as female, was active in his local LGBT community and had publicly identified himself as a player for the ‘Trans & Enby Football Club in Liverpool’. On a GoFundMe page, the club describes itself as “centred for trans and non-binary people” along with the wider LGBT+ community.

“Too often, queer people are sidelined in mainstream sports, but at our club transgender people are the majority,” the club notes in the description of the fundraiser. “Your contribution will help us grow our club, allowing us to reach more trans people in Liverpool and build on our proud community club,” they added, claiming the money will be spent on training and equipment. Their Instagram page has been shut down and it is unclear whether the club is aware of Danvers’ conviction.

In 2022, Danvers attempted to raise just under £1,400 for a private gender transition via GoFundMe. “Hi, my name is Chloee and I have gender dysphoria. I was born a man, but I want to be a woman. My only option is to go private with the Harley Street Gender Clinic in Marylebone,” Danvers wrote on the since-deleted page.

“My goal is to become a full woman, and this money would go to London and pay for the consultations.”

On his X profile, Danvers regularly discussed his love of science fiction, especially Star Trek. In 2005, detectives from the Toronto Sex Crimes Unit’s Child Exploitation Unit claimed that of the more than a hundred perpetrators they had arrested over the past four years, all but one was a “hard-core Trekkie.”

Danvers also regularly wrote crossover fiction between Marvel and DC superheroes, Star Trek and Doctor Who. As a streamer on Twitch, he called himself “femboybombshell,” which remains his username on Instagram. The term “femboy” has become more popular among younger adults and teens. A 2022 study found that the most popular male followers on TikTok had adopted more feminine traits. As a Twitch streamer, Danvers placed false eyelashes on his Amazon wishlist for viewers to purchase.
