‘Pakistan’s terrorism will bring consequences’

In a strong response, India criticized Pakistan at the UN General Assembly (UNGA), saying its “fingerprints” cover terrorist incidents around the world and that the country must realize that cross-border terrorism against India “will inevitably have consequences” to have”.

India exercised its right of reply in the UNGA in response to Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif raising the J&K issue in his speech during the UNGA General Debate.

“…A country led by the military, with a global reputation for terrorism, narcotics trafficking and transnational crime, has had the audacity to attack the world’s largest democracy,” said Bhavika Mangalanandan, Chief Secretary of India’s Permanent Mission to the UN. She claimed that the world knows that Pakistan has long used cross-border terrorism as a weapon against its neighbors.
