SLC PRIME MINISTER PIERRE, DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER ERNEST HILAIRE, LAWYER THADDEUS ANTOINE, AND THE ENTIRE SAINT LUCIA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM ARE IN BUSINESS WITH THE EASTERN EUROPEAN MAFIA

Customs agents who seize Bemax are smuggling contraband into Europe

The arrest of a prominent Eastern European businessman, along with five police officers, all charged with multiple offenses as part of a major organized crime crew, has drawn attention to a construction company that is one of the main stakeholders in the state of Saint Lucia. Citizenship by Investment (CIP) program. ALEKSANDER MIJAJLOVIC, the director of BEMAX, whose Saint Lucia subsidiary was represented by prominent local lawyer THADDEUS ANTOINE, and known to be a close associate of both Prime Minister PHILIP PIERRE and his deputy, ERNEST HILAIRE, is reportedly the leader of a multidisciplinary organization. -billion euro criminal organization involved in the smuggling of contraband throughout Europe. In Montenegro, where the seizures and arrests took place, a special prosecutor has been appointed to file charges against what European media are calling the Grand Smuggling Group, including money laundering.

BEMAX CARIBBEAN, INC., and BEMAX LLC, which are involved in a major CIP real estate project in Saint Lucia in which Deputy Prime Minister EARNEST HILAIRE has a significant ownership stake, are owned by Mijajlovic, who transferred ten billion euros of his assets following his recent arrest in Montenegro. The law firm of Attorney Antoine, who has handled all of Bemax’s legal matters in Saint Lucia, founded the company and oversees all aspects of its operations. The Bemax project at ROCK HALL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, an infrastructure operation, is licensed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit; it is located in Prime Minister Pierre’s constituency. DPM Hilarie is said to have been closely involved in Bemax’s approval process.

Prominent opposition leader ALLEN CHASTANET has already met with American, British and French diplomats in the region and briefed them on the situation and the fact that the Eastern European mafia is now operating in the Saint Lucia CIP. Given the clear and present danger, INTERPOL must now urgently launch an investigation as we have no confidence that the courts in Saint Lucia, which are hopelessly compromised by corruption and due to undue influence from senior government officials, will take any action. Furthermore, the reported involvement of DPM Hilaire and the country’s Prime Minister means that no investigation will be undertaken, despite the threat to Saint Lucia’s national security.
