How to apply

How will it work?

If you are successful, we will invite you to an initial HR meeting to discuss your interest and availability for current and future (anticipated) opportunities. We then conduct a technical interview with programmatic and/or operational colleagues, if relevant, and conduct a background check. Upon successful completion of your clear background check, you will be added to our Proposal Talent Pool database. We will contact you about specific options and discuss whether your profile is part of the offer.

At Relief International, we are committed to building a representative, inclusive and authentic workplace. We strongly encourage applications from candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and those who bring with them lived experience of the contexts in which we work.

The salary and conditions depend on the location and the proposal submitted.

Research shows that minority individuals are less likely to apply for a job unless they meet all the requirements. If you are excited about this opportunity, but your experience does not match every criteria described, we encourage you to apply anyway. Then you might be exactly what we need!

These positions require standard pre-employment checks; all final offers are subject to donor funding and approval.
