As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you know that understanding adversary tactics, techniques and procedures is critical to producing the information that enables mission owner success. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability assessment, network mapping, exploitation, and specialized expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) to conduct offensive cyber operations that inform our nation’s most critical security missions.

As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you’ll use your specialized expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and your attention to detail to develop access leads and products to give your customer the actionable information and context he or she needs. This is an opportunity to define your expertise while developing new skills using raw, often time-sensitive intelligence, combined with a host of platforms and tools that allow you to influence the intended story or image. You will join a team of teams where you share your skills, expertise and hunger for solutions with other analysts. You have:

• 5+ years of experience in signal intelligence analysis
• Experience with communications and weapons technologies
• Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation and target development
• Experience in a fast-paced telecommunications and signal analysis environment
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT and HUMINT
• Knowledge of technical analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to read and process intelligence reports from all sources and implement directives as presented daily
• Ability to parse, research, analyze and merge complex data sets and generate leads to advance the collection and analysis of dynamic objectives
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS degree or GED and 7+ years of targeting lifecycle experience or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of targeting lifecycle experience

Nice if you:

• Experience with communications intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT) or PROFORMA technical analysis
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologies
• Knowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols and communications technologies
• Ability to lead teams of highly technical SIGINT analysts to apply increasingly complex crafts to solve hard intelligence problems

Clearance:

Selected applicants will be subject to security screening and may be required to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized in USD). The estimate shown represents the typical salary range for this position and is only one component of Booz Allen’s total employee compensation package.
