NEWS: UBS fails to shake off Credit Suisse money laundering case – report

Swiss banking giant UBS has failed to suspend a lawsuit related to the legacy of its Credit Suisse takeover.

The case, which is being investigated by the Swiss Federal Criminal Court, involved money laundering allegations linked to the Bulgarian mafia.
