Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a wave of legal challenges as attorney Tony Buzbee announces plans to file 120 new sexual assault lawsuits against the music mogul.

At a press conference in Houston, Texas, high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee shared shocking details about the ongoing investigation, which has already shocked the entertainment industry.

Buzbee, who represents 120 victims – 25 of whom are minors – suggested the scope of these crimes goes far beyond just one individual.

Combs, who was arrested in New York on September 16, 2024, faces a slew of charges, including racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

Although he pleaded not guilty, he was denied bail and remains in custody as the investigation expands.

Buzbee alluded to an even larger web of individuals and companies involved in the case, explaining that Combs allegedly had enablers in various industries. “The names will shock you,” Buzbee said at the press conference, referring to well-known financial institutions and Big Pharma companies that may have facilitated or profited from this horrific culture of exploitation.

One of the most disturbing claims Buzbee made was how victims were allegedly lured into situations, drugged, and then sexually assaulted while bystanders watched without intervening.

These victims were then paid off and threatened into silence. “I would normally pay $10,000 in cash and be told to leave,” Buzbee said. “There was a concerted effort to keep this quiet. But the silence is about to end.”

Buzbee: “Many of you came here with the thought, the hope, or perhaps the belief that I might start naming names. That day will come, but not today. There will come a day when we’ll mention names other than Sean Combs, and there’s already a long list.

Of course, I already know who some of these individuals are, but due to the nature of this case, we will know for sure. We’re damn sure we’re right before we do that. But the names we’re going to mention, assuming our investigators confirm and confirm what we’ve been told, are names that will shock you.

These are individual cases. There are indeed other perpetrators involved. They will be announced when that specific individual case is ready to be filed. They already know who they are.

I’m not just talking about the cowardly but complicit bystanders – that is, the people we know saw this behavior happen and did nothing. I’m talking about the people who participated in it, cheered it on, cheered it on.

They know who they are. I call them the enablers of foul play, willing participants in despicable behavior. As we identify them, they will all be part of this case as defendants.

These defendants include not only individuals, but also companies that ultimately benefited from this culture and behavior. I look at banks, pharmaceutical companies, hotels.

We know that many of these individuals were paid in cash. We know that many of these individuals involved, whether they were the ones being attacked and abused or witnessed other people being attacked and abused, were then paid and threatened and told to leave – usually paying $10,000 in cash and were told to leave. and then threatened as they left.

In addition to Sean Combs, you should know that the defendants in the cases we are about to file include anyone involved in the abuse or exploitation, anyone who participated in such conduct in any way, anyone who encouraged or facilitated such conduct, anyone who was in the room and saw it happen but made no effort to stop it, any venue or venue owner who was aware of what was going on but failed to stop it, any person or entity who knew about the conduct and benefited from it, but did nothing to report or stop it, and no person or entity covered it up or helped cover it up.”

The legal filings are expected to begin within 30 days and will target not only Combs, but also the individuals and companies Buzbee alleges assisted in or covered up the abuse.
