Bowman man arrested, charged with indecent exposure

BOWMAN, S.C. (WCIV) — A Bowman man has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure and display of harmful performance towards minors, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office.

Jacob Tyler Brooks, 25, was arrested Wednesday after DCSO detectives executed arrest warrants in Bowman.

The two incidents for which Brooks was charged are reported in the Tri-County area, among other places, according to DCSO.

Bail for Brooks has been set at $300,000.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the two incidents or similar incidents to contact their local law enforcement agency.
