Reidsville man arrested for 10 alleged counts of minor sexual exploitation

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Since July 23, Rockingham County Sheriff’s deputies have been working with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on an investigation stemming from a Cybertip submitted by the NC State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI).

This case led to the arrest of Morgan Ryan Taylor, 39, of Reidsville. He was charged with ten counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Deputies say Taylor has been booked into the Rockingham County Jail under a $50,000 bond.
