Commissioner Julie Inman Grant wins the latest lawsuit against Elon Musk

In the latest battle in a long-running war between tech czar Mr Musk and the eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant, the Federal Court on Friday rejected claims that X Corp was not required to respond to an eSafety transparency notice on the grounds that that this was given on Twitter in February last year.
