Brazil, Indiana man charged with multiple child exploitation charges arrested in multi-state investigation

An Indiana man is facing serious charges after becoming entangled in the web of child exploitation investigations in two states. Kenneth L. Foxx, 37, of Brazil, Indiana, was arrested on September 23 on 19 counts of child exploitation, following an investigation by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force, according to a Facebook post from the Fishers Police Department, as stated by myWabashValley .com.

Fishers police announced that a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children prompted them to investigate further, but disappointingly discovered that Foxx planned to travel to Texas to have sexual contact with a minor. As part of the same investigation, agents executed search warrants on Foxx’s social media accounts, uncovering several files containing child sexual exploitation material. WISHTV.com reports that the discovery prompted an additional arrest warrant on 19 counts of child exploitation against Foxx.

The case against Foxx neither begins nor ends with this recent arrest. He previously faced charges of sending inappropriate messages to a minor: a 12-year-old girl in an incident reported by the Vigo County Sheriff’s Department. Foxx had messaged her saying, “Do you remember the guy who installed the furnace in your house?” and added, “Well, I am and I thought you were pretty sexy.” He later pleaded guilty to one count of improper communication with a child, a misdemeanor, and completed a sentence that included probation and community service, as reported by FOX59.

Now, Foxx is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail in Texas, due to a warrant issued by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office. This warrant includes two counts of possession with intent to improperly promote child pornography.
