Young women are sexually exploited and forced into prostitution to pay off drug debts by criminal gangs, who use blackmail to prevent them from reporting the abuse to the police.

On one occasion, a woman was told to take her sister to a party to have sex with several men to pay off a debt of several thousand pounds to the cocaine dealers.
