iciHaiti – WANTED: $2 million bounty for Vitel’homme Innocent

The US Department of State’s Transnational Organized Crime Reward Program has doubled the reward for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Vitel’homme Innocent, leader of the ‘Kraze Baryè’ gang whose crimes have damaged the humanitarian and security situation in Haiti deteriorate.

He is wanted by the FBI for hostage-taking, conspiracy to commit hostage-taking, conspiracy to commit hostage-taking resulting in death, and attempted hostage-taking resulting in death.
