Lewis Hamilton cuts ties with P Diddy after photos are deleted

Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton has cut ties with entertainment mogul Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy. This comes as the seven-time F1 champion recently deleted photos from his social media platforms, signaling a clear intention to distance himself from Diddy amid ongoing allegations. This coincides with a broad pattern of prominent figures distancing themselves from Combs following these serious allegations.

Historically, the relationship between Hamilton and Diddy is well known. Hamilton himself had described their relationship as brotherly. According to Marca, Hamilton previously said the following:

“Brothers (dressed) in white. I grew up watching and listening to my man ‘Puff.’ It is an honor and a privilege to be here today as brothers. I appreciate you for everything you do, because you are one of the best and because you always show love.”

This friendship dates back to the early days of Hamilton’s career in 2007, and they were close until recently.

However, the recent allegations against Diddy represent a turning point. Combs faces federal and civil scrutiny, including a federal sex trafficking charge. The legal challenges further include involvement in prostitution and a disturbing number of civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse and misconduct. The allegations, represented by an attorney claiming to speak on behalf of 120 individuals, cover a diverse group, including minors and addressing coercive encounters orchestrated by Diddy.

Tony Buzbee, representing the plaintiffs, said:

“This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else.

“This should never have gone on for so long. This behavior has left a multitude of individuals hurt, scared and scarred.”

Despite the weight of these allegations, Diddy and his legal representatives maintain a strong defensive posture. They firmly deny the allegations and dismiss them as financially motivated and unfounded. A statement from Diddy’s legal team, via the previously linked Sky News report, emphasizes that he “categorically denies any claims that he sexually assaulted anyone, including minors”

It continued:

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court as claims are filed and served, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”

This denial by Combs has not stopped the flow of figures who have withdrawn their ties to him.

His legal team has tried to secure $50 million bail, but this has so far been rejected.

There is no evidence that Lewis Hamilton has any connection with these allegations.
