Taylor Swift leads the 2024 MTV EMA nominations

For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift leads the nominees at the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) with seven nods.

The American superstar is in the running for several top prizes, including Best Artist, Best Live and Best Pop, ahead of Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX and Sabrina Carpenter, who all have five nominations.

It also promises to be a big night for rising star Chappell Roan, who is up for Best Song (Good luck, honey!) Best new, best push and biggest fans.

The 30th anniversary ceremony will take place during Manchester’s Co-op Live on Sunday 10 November. It airs on MTV UK, Channel 5 and Pluto TV.
