BET HIP HOP PRIZES TAKE SIN CITY: HITS Daily Double

Some of hip-hop’s biggest names are coming together Tuesday night (8/10) for 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards. Hosted by Fat Joethe annual ceremony takes place at Drais Beach Club & Night Club in Las Vegas. The full episode airs on 10/15 at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT.

Travis Scott will be the recipient of this year’s “I Am Hip Hop Award”, while 2 chain z, E-40, Three 6 mafia‘S Juicy J, Soulja boy, City girls‘Jung Miami, Trina, GloRilla And BossMan Dlow will be one of many to take the stage.

Megan Thee Stallion leads this year’s nominations with 12 nods, including Lyricist of the Year and Hip Hop Album of the Year (Megan), while Kendrick Lamar is close behind at 11 in categories such as Best Hip Hop Video (“Not Like Us”) and Best Live Performer. Other notable nominees include 21 wild And 41which each received four nods, and A$AP Rocky, Just & Pete Rock And Sexy redwho landed three. Fans can vote here for the categories DJ of the Year, Producer of the Year and Best Hip Hop Platform. We’re already betting on how many times Travis will yell “skrrt skrrt.”
