PS5 & PS4: Astro Bot included – These are the top downloads in September 2024

On the official PlayStation Blog, Sony announced the top downloads of September 2024. As expected, the platformer ‘Astro Bot’ developed by Team Asobi should not be missing.

Every month, Sony brings us the latest PlayStation Network download lists on the official PlayStation Blog.

As part of the charts, the company takes into account the PS4 and PS5 as well as the two PlayStation VR headsets. The September 2024 Top Downloads Charts are now available. While “EA Sports FC 25” became the most successful PS5 title in Europe, the top spot in the PS5 download charts in North America went to “NBA 2K25”.

The platformer ‘Astro Bot’, released in September, reached number two in Europe and reached number four on the PSN charts in North America.

Shooters, action role-playing games and more

The shooter “Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2” also celebrated a successful launch. Also not to be missed in September was the successful action role-playing game “Black Myth: Wukong”.

The same goes for long-running favorites like “GTA 5,” “Elden Ring,” or “Hogwarts Legacy.”

A look at the PSVR charts also shows that “Astro Bot: Rescue Mission” benefited from the release of an “Astro Bot”. “Rescue Mission” jumped to the top of the PSVR charts in both Europe and North America.
