Conover man accused of sexual exploitation

Joseph Benjamin Costner

Joseph Benjamin Costner, 57, of Conover, was arrested by Newton police officers. He is charged with two counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Costner was booked into the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (October 9) without bond. A court date has been set for October 14.
