Do you prefer? "British magnate" or "Italian mafia" Penguin?

In terms of basic characterization and overall appearance, which one do you think suits him the most?

I think Colin Farrell’s is a new/fresh version, but British Penguin will always be my favorite. The name Cobblepot just screams old money English.
