Barnes & Thornburg recruits Dino Wu as a corporate partner in New York

Dino Wu joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the corporate department in New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Wu represents sell-side and buy-side clients, including hedge funds, mutual funds, corporations, banks and swap dealers, in negotiating trading agreements for derivatives and other financial products, the firm said.

He also advises clients on agreements relating to derivatives, futures and options, crypto and other digital assets, prime brokerage, margin lending, term obligations and the custody, clearing and optimization of collateral.
