Road closed in West Hartford due to incident: police

Motorists are urged to avoid the area.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A busy road in the city was closed to traffic Tuesday afternoon after a report of a fluid leak.

West Hartford police reported around 2:10 p.m. that New Park Avenue from Talcott Road to New Britain Avenue was closed to traffic in both directions due to the situation.
